In short
Check PACI card status first. Collection and delivery are separate from card production, and current options must be confirmed on PACI's official channels.

Delivery and collection are not the same
Collection means receiving a ready physical card through a PACI location or an officially supported collection method. Delivery means requesting the card to be brought to an address through a currently approved service.
As of the August 31, 2026 review, PACI's current official pages clearly publish card-status and branch collection information, but Kuwait247 did not find a current standalone PACI delivery-order page. This guide therefore does not claim that home delivery is available for every card.
Before collecting a card
Check the Civil ID status first. Once PACI reports that the card is ready, confirm the collection location and its card-collection hours rather than using general public-reception hours.
QR collection code and Mobile ID
PACI announced an updated QR-code mechanism through Kuwait Mobile ID for collecting cards in specified first-issue and replacement cases. Follow the instructions shown in Mobile ID or PACI's current announcement for your case; do not share a collection code with an unknown person.
Who this is for
- People whose Civil ID has been issued or renewed and who need the current collection or delivery route.
- People confirming a PACI collection location or collection-code requirement before visiting.
What you need
- Civil ID number to check whether the card is ready.
- Kuwait Mobile ID or the collection information PACI provides for your case.
How to use it
- 1
Check the card's production and readiness status on PACI's official inquiry.
- 2
Follow the collection instructions shown for your case; do not assume every card uses the same branch or process.
- 3
Review PACI working hours immediately before visiting a collection location.
- 4
Use delivery only when PACI currently presents an official delivery route for your transaction.
Common errors
- Treating a ready status as proof that home delivery has already been arranged.
- Travelling to a branch without checking its collection hours and the instructions for the specific card.
- Paying an unofficial courier or entering card details on an unverified delivery page.
Important
Kuwait247 does not arrange Civil ID delivery or collect delivery payments. Use only PACI's official channels and verify any payment page before entering card details.
Common questions
Does a ready Civil ID status mean delivery is booked?
No. Ready status concerns card production. Follow the separate collection instructions or use an official delivery option only if PACI currently offers it for your case.
Where should I collect my Civil ID?
Use the location and collection instructions provided by PACI for your transaction, then verify that location's collection hours before travelling.
Is Civil ID home delivery always available?
Do not assume it is. Availability and procedures can change, so rely on the options currently displayed by PACI for your card transaction.
