Kuwait Mobile ID, also called Hawyti, is PACI's digital identity application for citizens and residents. PACI describes it as a portable digital Civil ID used for identity verification, secure access to government and non-government services, and trusted electronic signatures.

Common registration problems

If the OTP or selfie step fails, retry in the official app with a stable connection and current app version; do not send your PIN, OTP, or identity image to an unofficial helper.
